We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return:
Email us at support@monicaavenue.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
